Industrial AllCare Orthopaedic Center provides convenient, affordable and efficient healthcare and medical services for employers of all sizes, from small businesses to major industrial outlets. We are well-known in the community for helping injured workers get well and return to their jobs as soon as possible. Our specialists and rehabilitation team make sure you receive the very best care.

The goal is to help employers and their employees reduce lost workdays and occupational injuries through education, prevention programs, and rapid treatment of workplace trauma.

Industrial Injury Program:
Industry related programs incorporate each part of a work related injury from prevention to rehabilitation to a safe and rapid return to work.  The Industry related programs include FCE testing, work conditioning and work hardening, functional job analysis and pre-work screens.

FCE (Functional Capacity Evaluation):
This is a two day evaluation that is dedicated to matching the worker to the work by comparing the worker’s abilities identified during the evaluation to the job demands.

Work Rehabilitation:
Work Rehabilitation (work conditioning and work hardening) is a goal oriented program designed to assist the worker in gaining strength, endurance, aerobic capacity, to enable a full return to the workplace

Functional Job Analysis/Pre-work Screening:
This leads us to Functional Job Analysis (FJA) and ergonomic services.  The method of performing job analysis will assist you in the following:

      • Identifying ergonomic risk factors contributing to cumulative trauma issues.

      • Identifying appropriate accommodations modifications to reduce risk factors
or return a worker to the workplace following injury or illness.

      • Developing appropriate educational programs specific to the workplace.

      • The first step toward developing ADA compliant pre-work screens.

      • Developing functional job descriptions that comply with ADA.

Without the ability to analyze the job demands, you need to rely on the job descriptions provided by employers.  The employer’s job descriptions are often more task based and not specific regarding specific job requirements.  Without the specific functional information, it is impossible to determine whether there is a job match between the worker and the work.  However once we have gone onsite, we can even assist in suggesting potential modifications which will assist the worker in getting back sooner.  With the Pre-work Screening (PWS) we can take the final step and design a job related screen that complies with the ADA.
