Forklift OperatorWe understand the important relationship between industry and medicine, and we recognize the employers–and employees–want "one-stop shopping" when it comes to work injury rehabilitation. That's why we offer a comprehensive industrial program that focuses on matching the worker to the work.

It starts with prevention...
Prevention Education
Injury prevention is the most common theme between all parts of this continuum. That's why our staff works closely with employers and employees to minimize a company's potential risks by identifying possible solutions. Safety education programs empower employees to understands and solve problems.

Ergonomics and Job-Site Analysis
Our therapists identify ways to make the work environment safer and more productive. After an analysis of the work, worker and work site, they provide employers with guidelines for safety and give recommendations on new work area designs and adaptive equipment.

Prework/Preplacement Screening
ADA compliant screening insures a match between the worker and the work. It provides specific correlations between job demands and an applicants physical abilities.

Quality Outcome Monitoring
We regularly evaluate each of our programs to determine efficiency and effectiveness. Programs are also subject to continual modification and improvement to assure the highest quality of service.

And, continues with treatment...
Acute Physical Therapy
We offer immediate access to treatment, which allows injured workers to receive crucial therapies; for pain relief and mobilization including exercise, spinal stabilization and education in self responsibility and safety.

Functional Capacity Evaluation
This work-related test assesses an individual's physical ability to do a specific job activity and aids in developing a safe return-to-work program. The test is comprehensive and clearly describes the tasks a worker can perform in an eight hour day.

Work Hardening/Work Conditioning
With the goal of returning to work in a safe and timely manner this program strengthens a patient's ability by simulating job duties. The program is intensive and maximizes an employee's tolerance to a job's physical demands.

Functional Job Descriptions
This part of our program accurately evaluates and describes the essential functions, critical physical demands, and possible modifications of any job in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
